Are you insured?
Yes. We carry all the required insurance, including liability and workers’ compensation. This protects you and your property during every job.
What kind of guarantee do you offer on your work?
By law in New York State, the guarantee is one year. We double that and give you a two-year guarantee on our workmanship. Most jobs last much longer, but we want you to feel secure.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been in business for over 40 years. In that time, we’ve only had two legal disputes. Our experience means you get a job done right, not by a “fly-by-night” roofer.
What makes you different from your competition?
We are really SOLID with providing high quality production. We make sure to always deliver work on time. We also make sure that you know the WHOLE STORY before we start the work and all other possibilities. Needless to say, we are big on transparency. You are gonna know everything upfront even before you make a deposit.
What is the danger of going for the lowest bid?
There is no such thing as "apples to apples" when it comes to roofing contracts. We only settle for the best. After 40 years of experience, we make it a point to educate clients on the best practices and the best quality materials to use for their roofing project. The danger is that if you go for the lowest bid, there is a great possibility that you encounter future problems. Your roof is the most important part of your house. If that is not done well, you are not gonna be comfortable inside your home.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We can work with your bank or help you find financing. In some cases, we can even offer financing ourselves, with a clear, legal agreement. We’re also happy to talk with your bank if you want to use a home equity loan or other options.
After I say yes, how soon can you start my job?
On average, we can start within two weeks (about 10 business days) after you give us the go-ahead.
How long will my roofing job take?
Most shingle roofs are done in one to two days. Metal roofs can take up to five days. Large commercial jobs may take up to 30 days. We’ll give you a clear estimate based on your project
